I’ve always been a visual person. I like to look at shapes, color, light and motion. Nature always centers me and sparks creativity and inspires my palette.

It’s a path of uncompromising honesty, because true intuitive expression takes a willingness to look inside yourself to understand and have the courage to express my inner self. I never plan a painting. I paint what I feel and how can I plan what I feel?

For me, creating is all about connection. Whether I’m painting, out and about taking pictures, or writing, the deeper I get into creating, the deeper I drop into my own authentic space. In all my work, I want to convey the energy and emotion I feel in that moment, to connect with the viewer.

Nature is my inspiration. I love experimentation and never tire of exploring new tools, techniques and mediums; pushing boundaries and discovering possibilities.
