Concierge Program for Interior Designers

ICB/ART offers a dedicated program for interior designers and other trade professionals to easily source art for their ongoing projects, any time of the year. Contact us at concierge@icbart.com. We can help arrange studio visits at ICB/ART specially tailored to your needs. We can also provide mockups, arrange deliveries on approval, and offer installation services as well.

Mixed Media & Design Workshops

Rachel offers live Mixed Media workshops with tons of individual attention. Students learn about composition and design through play, and go home with three completed works of art.

Rachel also offers an online Botanical Gelli class inspired by her decades long practice of Ikebana (Japanese Flower arranging).

Basketry Workshops

Emily gives private basketry workshops for 1 to 10 people, arranged according to the student’s schedule. All techniques and three-dimensional sculpture are covered, including twining, coiling, random weave and “wacky” basketry.

Image Transfer Workshop

Margot offers a one-day workshop that introduces students to a very clever and simple transfer technique. You will learn to transfer your images onto a few different surfaces by using a special printable clear acetate and a medium made just for this process.

Louise works with artists of all levels — beginning to advanced. She shares her expertise on mosaics, paint handling, color theory, compositional devices and other techniques, and also offers critiques.

Oil & Cold Wax Medium
with Linda Wegmann

Cold wax is a medium that adds body, transparency and depth to oil paint, while speeding up drying time and increasing the paint’s workability. It also combines readily with other mediums such as dry pigment, powdered charcoal, marble dust, graphite and oil sticks. You’ll learn layering, manipulations with tools, mark making and the medium’s ease and propensity to conceal and reveal create a sense of history, drying to a beautiful matte finish.
